These classes combine functional strength training with high-energy conditioning to help you feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. Train alongside a supportive community of women all working towards becoming their best selves together.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A breakdown of the class

15 Minute
Warm Up & Mobility
Dynamic warm up, mobility drills, and movement preparation focused on the exercises programmed for the session.

15–30 Minutes
Strength or Skill Work
Dedicated block for building strength or improving technique in movements such as squats, deadlifts, Olympic lifts, gymnastics, or kettlebell work.

30–45 Minutes
Workout of the Day
High-intensity functional workout combining cardio, strength, and endurance exercises performed for time, rounds, or reps.

45–60 Minutes
Cool Down & Recovery
Light recovery work, stretching, mobility, and post-workout guidance to aid recovery and improve long-term performance.
